Why neither SAP or Salesforce can't solve your problem ?

If you looks there are countless articles and messages where one beats the other and each claim a huge customer base. But when you actually each of their customers should be delivering an outstanding customer experience.

It all comes down to two very simple things.

1. Design of the Solution.

2. Execution of the Design.

I like to use an analogy here SAP or Salesforce are like good ingredients no matter how great they are just like food when given to a bad cook it does not quite matter.

Also very conveniently both customer and SAP blame each other. I firmly believe it all in the customers hands to decide/determine.
